    Type your address. Keystead pulls public records, adjusts nearby sales to your home, and shows what any price does to your odds.

    Photos, lockbox, MLS

    A local photographer is booked around your schedule, your lockbox ships, and a licensed partner broker puts you on the MLS.

    Showings with ID checks

    Buyers book online from your calendar. Every visitor verifies their ID before they get the lockbox code.

    Offers read for you

    Buyer's agents email offers to your listing's own address. Your assistant reads each contract, checks it, and fills in your offer sheet.

    Sign and close

    Counter, accept and sign in the app. Your contract goes to the title company, and every step to closing happens in order.

Will my home be on Zillow and the MLS?
Yes. A licensed partner broker lists your home on the local MLS, which feeds the major home search sites.
Who pays the buyer's agent?
That's negotiated in each offer. Your offer sheet shows any request to pay the buyer's agent as its own line, so you see exactly what you'd net.
Is the AI making decisions for me?
No. It prices, reads and drafts. You decide, and you sign everything yourself.
What if I want a real person?
Calls with a licensed agent at the big moments are included, and you can email support@listmyhouse.ai anytime.
What if my home doesn't sell?
